Our collection of Spirits could not begin without a red Vermouth and a Gin; both of these are the base of many of the cocktails bartenders all over the world mix to create the great classics and modern variations. With Vermouth strongly rooted in the region, our Gin is made in Piemonte as well and has recently been awarded a Gold at the Gin Masters 2021 and a Bronze at the IWSC 2021.
Base wine: Cortese del Monferrato.

The Spirits Selection tasting feedback: Beautiful and complex smell with light herbality, a bold set of sweet spices like cinnamon and an almost baroque florality. On the palate, the herbal bitterness is balanced against sweetness and acidity. There is a typical, long finish. Together with the ample persistence and rich mouthfeel, this feels very complex and elegant!

For two hundred and fifty years the protagonist of the smoothest, most sophisticated cocktails, Red Vermouth rediscovers its original charm. The base wine is Cortese del Monferrato, enriched with absinthe, gentian, vanilla. On top of that, a complex texture made out of three flavour notes: citrusy, spicy and sweetly bitter.
Perfect in the early hours of the evening, to soften the memories of the day, ours is a sentimental vermouth, made of the finest ingredients, and balanced between challenge and nostalgia.

In the 1700s it set sail with the Queen's ships and created an extraordinary connection between countries, cultures and flavours. Marcello Trentini’s gin sees steam distillation to enhance its balsamic, herbal elements.
At first a clear profile of lemon, wrapped in spices, ginger, cinnamon, myrrh. This is followed by a breath of freshness thanks to mountain mint and cardamom, eventually leading to the original note of coriander. An aromatic bliss. The joy of tasting.

Gin DelMago is produced by using juniper berries with steam distillation to enhance its balsamic, pure character.
Aromatic notes: extremely fresh, with typical notes of herbs such as mountain Mint and Lemongrass, Cardamom and Eucalypthus.

Spice notes: Ginger, Cinnamon, Coriander, Myrrh, Incense
