'A great cocktail is nothing but the liquid version of a gourmet dish’

DelMago Drinks is the result of the tireless creativity of Marcello Trentini, aka ‘il Mago’, a chef always divided between the art of drinking and cooking, and deeply passionate about mixology. Holding a Michelin star since 2013 for his revered restaurant Magorabin in Turin, this is the first time the chef has applied his incredible talent for picking and combining the most incredible ingredients and flavours, to a collection of drinks.

His mantra of ​​"contaminated" cuisine, suspended between respect of memory and daring new inventions, has inspired DelMago Drinks’ first collection, with each drink offering its own unique flavour balance and personality.

DelMago spirits and cocktails have an artisanal character and imprint, and are created exclusively with proprietary ingredients, from vermouths to gin and bitter.

Each drink has a very clear signature flavour profile that characterises not only its individual spirit, but also the cocktail in which it is used. The collection has been developed entirely in Piedmont, Italy, at the historic Magnoberta distillery in Casale Monferrato.
