1/3 Vermouth Rosso, 1/3 Bitter, 1/3 Gin. The perfect trinity. With the aromatic signature of Serpillo thyme.

Since 1917 the archetype of the Italian aperitif. A sip of history born from the intuition of Count Camillo Negroni; an aristocrat globetrotter, horseman, fencer, inveterate gambler and heavy drinker. He brought back from London a bottle of the best gin and at Caffè Casoni in Florence he reinvented the classic Americano. The next day the password became one: "One Americano the Count Negroni way!" or, more simply, “A Negroni!”.

Marcello Trentini dedicates his personal, original twist to all lovers of this timeless classic, with the respect and devotion due to such legends. “A Negroni DelMago!”. Flawless. Always dazzling.

NO ‘sbagliato’.

To serve: simply pour 100ml straight from the bottle into a tumbler full of ice and garnish with a slice of orange. Each drink poured will always be the same as the previous one and perfectly balanced.

Though very balanced in its three parts, Negroni DelMago is a very direct cocktail. Serpillo Thyme emerges as a note which, in addition to its marked aroma, also brings along a typical citrus note.

Ingredients: Gin DelMago, Vermouth Rosso DelMago, Bitter del Mago

The cocktail that made Paris great has a new beginning in Turin. Welcome back Belle Époque.

Tod Sloan, the great American jockey, in the 1920s sensed that hard times were coming for those enjoying the good life in New York, so he dismantled his Manhattan bar and sent it, piece by piece, to freedom... in Paris. Behind the counter of the bar, worked Harry MacElhone - a Scot with no past who made history with the creation of the Boulevardier which revolutionised the cocktail scene in Europe. We’re talking of Harry's Bar, the first and unforgettable.

Using a sumptuous and complex brandy distilled in Piedmont, Marcello Trentini has created a contemporary take on the Boulevardier. A delicate and sophisticated blend whilst at the same time, for those ready for a night out with notes of jazz and swing.

The recipe celebrates tradition above all else. And eventually, with a touch of magic, it changes it into something new.

Abracadabra!

In this original Boulevardier DelMago, the vinous notes of brandy replace the sweet notes of American whiskey. Cocoa beans, coconut, dried fruit emerge clearly as a signature of the drink.

The charm of the game of two. Milan and Turin: two cities that have always chased each other. Red Vermouth and Bitter: the contrasting notes of sweet and bitter. A true myth in the mixology world.

A sophisticated couple shines on the bottle, used to being in the limelight. He, an austere gentleman from Turin; she, a brilliant Milanese lady. They get to know each other, believing to be rivals. Only to eventually fall in love, in a relationship of passion and contrasts, of seduction and triumph.

Three parts gin, one part vodka, and half a measure of Vermouth Bianco Chinato. With a long, thin strip of lemon peel to garnish. And a 1964 Aston Martin.

Casino Royale’s femme fatale Vesper Lynd was born from the pen of James Bond author Ian Fleming, reportedly during a stormy night whilst he was writing the famous book. She was the one true love of Agent 007, capable of inspiring the cocktail that is the very soul of James Bond. Elegant, sharp, rigorous.

Marcello Trentini has bottled his tribute to the most famous take on a Dry Martini. Shaken, not stirred… of course. Gin, vodka, Vermouth Bianco Chinato, and an unmistakable scent of lemon zest.

Class, distinction, finesse. Welcome to Casino Royale.
